Using Note:
1.Use distilled water or filtered water instead of tap water. use tap water might leave white dust.
2.Clean once a week to avoid buildups and extend product lifetime.
3.The minimum amount of water needed for the humidifier to function is 2 cups around(380ml).
4.It is recommended to place the humidifier on elevated-level surfaces such as desktops. tables. or nightstands.
5.The aromatherapy cotton in the essential oil tray is a disposable item. We suggest that replace it every day. Tissue also available if there is not aromatherapy cotton.

Dudeng currently accepts and ships orders within the United States only. All customer orders are shipped from our warehouse located in the United States.
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated transit time is 5–10 business days after shipment. The total estimated delivery time from order placement is approximately 6–13 business days.
Orders are shipped through USPS or UPS Ground, depending on the delivery address and package size.

Eligible items may be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery. No restocking fee applies.
For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, Dudeng will cover the approved return shipping cost. For size, fit, or change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
