We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, please review our Return & Refund Policy below.
1. Return Window
We accept return requests within 30 days after the order has been delivered.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- New, unworn, unused, and in resalable condition
- Returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories when applicable
- Free from stains, odors, damage, washing, or signs of wear
- Accompanied by proof of purchase, such as your order number or order confirmation email
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return.
2. Return Eligibility
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items.
You may request a return if:
- You received the wrong item
- The item arrived damaged or defective
- The size or fit is not suitable
- You changed your mind after receiving the item
Please contact us before sending any item back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged, or used
- Items without original tags or packaging when applicable
- Items with stains, odors, makeup marks, pet hair, or other signs of wear
- Final sale items, if clearly marked as final sale on the product page
- Gift cards or digital products, if applicable

Please include the following information in your request:
- Your order number
- The email address used to place the order
- The item you would like to return
- The reason for the return
- Photos of the item if it arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect
After reviewing your request, we will provide return instructions. Please do not send your return to any address before receiving return approval from us.
5. Return Shipping Cost
For defective, damaged, or incorrect items:
Dudeng will cover the return shipping cost or provide a suitable solution after confirming the issue.
For non-defective returns, including size, fit, or change-of-mind returns:
Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
Original shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error, such as a wrong, damaged, or defective item.
6. Return Address
Please contact us first to receive the correct return instructions and return address.
Returns must be sent to the address provided by our customer service team after your return request is approved.
Do not send returns to the manufacturing address or any address shown on the package unless our customer service team specifically instructs you to do so.
7. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days after the return inspection is completed.
Please note that your bank, credit card provider, or payment service provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
8. Exchanges
We currently recommend placing a new order if you need a different size, color, or style.

9. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order after delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days after delivery at support@dudeng.shop.
Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and provide a suitable solution.
10. Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@dudeng.shop.
If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will do our best to cancel it and issue a refund.
If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may request a return after receiving the item according to this policy.
