U.S. Shipping & Returns
Dudeng currently accepts and ships orders within the United States only. All customer orders are shipped from our warehouse located in the United States.
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated transit time is 5–10 business days after shipment. The total estimated delivery time from order placement is approximately 6–13 business days.
Orders are shipped through USPS or UPS Ground, depending on the delivery address and package size.
Shipping Rates:
- Orders of $120.00 or more: Free standard shipping
- Orders below $120.00: $20.00 standard shipping fee
- Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and certain U.S. territories: An additional $25.00 shipping surcharge applies
We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO military addresses.
Eligible items may be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery. No restocking fee applies.
For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, Dudeng will cover the approved return shipping cost. For size, fit, or change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
